GIBSON L-4 (1915) EC- except for 2 small repaired back cracks near heel, small amount of overspray in this area, black spruce top with oval soundhole, cherry finished back and sides, ivoroid-bound body, fretboard, headstock and soundhole, 12 fret chunky 2-piece mahogany neck with dark center strip, 20 fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, replacement fixed maple bridge by our shop (original included), trapeze tailpiece with celluloid crosspiece with pins stamped "PAT.APPLIED FOR", black headstock with pearl script "The Gibson" logo on an angle, tortoise plastic pickguard with 2 side mounts stamped "PAT.JULY 4.1911", 3-on-a-plate open gear tuners with floral engraving and ivoroid buttons, 3-ring soundhole rosette with diamond pattern middle ring, 16" lower bout, ~3-3/8" body depth, 24-3/4" scale, 1-3/4" nut width, ivoroid heel cap appears to be replaced as well as the bridge pins, some very hard to see touched up spots on top, very nice example of this model, with OHSC (purple lining). (SN:22872 FON 2476) Amazing condition for a 90 year old guitar, perfect blues sound. An investment if you can persuade me to part with it. I love it.
